MEDIKEY allows workers to own and manage their own medical examination and screening records in a safe and secure environment. As with their bank account, MEDIKEY members will be able to access their medical records anywhere and anytime, in a highly secure location, determining when and with whom the information is shared.
MEDIKEY understands that from time to time, and on certain types of projects, workers can experience work related stress. MEDIKEY is committed to supporting the mental health of its members by providing a platform for regular contact and sharing of experiences. Our platform also enables collaboration of ideas amongst workers as well as between workers and medical professionals.

Sometimes your email provider can mark your JobMail as spam and you may never receive it. Emails are sent to you whenever a new job application is processed and you have been interviewed. Always check your Spam folder in your email account to see if you have received your JobMail emails.
The cost of a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol test is predetermined by the Medical Clinics or Medical Centres. This fee includes email access to selected medical providers via our 24 hour a day online booking service.

Yes. Registered MEDIKEY users/employees are examined by doctors who are Australian board-certified, licensed practitioners and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in Australia. When you request a consult, MEDIKEY will connect you with a doctor licensed in your state. Medikey.net.au gives individuals and members access to medical clinics who provide Pre-Employment Medical and D&A tests. Individuals now have the ability to easily get their questions answered and thus become more informed, more confident decision makers.
After you are registered, you may use MEDIKEY right away. It only takes minutes to setup your account in the MEDIKEY system. After your account has been setup, simply log into your MEDIKEY account and click on the logo to start filling out your forms. Once your forms are completed, you will have access to Medikey.net.au services.
MEDIKEY is not designed to handle emergency medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
You cannot request a particular clinic by postcode. MEDIKEY is designed to support your relationship with your existing doctor. It is not a means of establishing an exclusive relationship with one of our doctors. Please know that all clinic doctors are highly qualified and go through rigorous training and credentialing. Collectively, we have the largest physician network of any provider with board-certified, state-licensed doctors.
Yes, we allow you to use the MEDIKEY system as a service for you, your spouse and your dependents if they are in an industry that requires Pre-Employment Medicals.
MEDIKEY does not issue medical certificates or prescriptions. MEDIKEY only facilitates Pre-Employment Medical tests. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment.
All Pre-Employment Medical reports and D&A tests are uploaded into the MEDIKEY system by our clinic staff.
Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your own records.
We do not turn patients away because of pre-existing conditions.
