Employers

MEDIKEY enables employers to recruit suitable staff efficiently while managing risks associated with work-related injuries.

MEDIKEY will ensure that candidates undertake medical examinations and screenings that meet each employer’s requirements.  This provides greater transparency of the health and fitness levels of prospective employees.

Consistent with MEDIKEY’s philosophy that individuals should be empowered to control their own health records, MEDIKEY shifts the onus of responsibility for arranging and funding health examinations and screenings to the individual.

Providers

With the consent of the member, a Pre-Employment Medical Centre can upload the Capacity to Work assessment into the MEDIKEY database under the member’s unique MEDIKEY number.

All members information is accurate, up-to-date and live.
